Service Description
Enrich your dogs' lives and their friends by treating them to an hour and half session in the arena with full use of the facilities. We have designed fun and exciting ways to cater to and nurture every dog's needs. Unlock their senses and satisfy their natural instincts with lots of enriching play time at K9-iQ. Build their confidence and watch them thrive whilst they get to grips with all the activities we have designed for them. Tunnels, trampolines, sand pit, ball pit, textured platforms, hoopers circuits, and enrichment games galore. Let your dog decide how they want to play. The session is strictly for up to 6 dogs. For health and safety reasons, there should be at least one adult per 3 dogs in the arena. Please remove any toys from the arena you think your dogs may destroy. Any toys or equipment torn or destroyed will need to be paid for. Failure to do so will result in no further bookings being taken. Children and adults are NOT permitted to enter the sandpit/ballpit or use the trampoline. PLEASE NOTE: Each booking slot includes a changeover period between users. We ask you to please be respectful of these timings and ensure you have left the arena by the end of your allotted time. If you book consecutive slots, you may remain in the arena from the start to the end of those consecutive bookings. If you overrun, you will be charged for the next time slot. If you arrive early, please do not enter the arena until your allocated time slot. Please wait in your car after checking in at reception until the previous user has exited the arena and entered their vehicle. Some dogs may be reactive, so this is for you and your dogs safety. A member of staff will inform you when it is clear to enter the arena safely. Please ensure all dogs have been to the toilet before entering the arena.
